This is just a quick post to show how great our girls are. Not only do we love them but the boys do too. They bring a lot of extra fun to our days and even though they shed A LOT, we wouldn't trade them for anything. I know I am a bit biased, but Golden Retrievers really are the best dogs!

Valentine's Day

This year for Valentine's Day Logan and I decided to bake some cupcakes. He was great in the kitchen and loves to help out. The funny thing is that he really doesn't like cake or cupcakes. Uncle Ryan and Aunt Sarah came over to keep the boys Sunday afternoon so that Matt and I could go on a little date. We had lunch at the Melting Pot (thanks Leland for the last minute reservation) and then we went to see a movie. Once we got back home everybody was ready to dig into the cupcakes. Graham loved it while Logan only licked the icing a little. After our snack we let the boys open their gifts. I am very blessed and had a great Valentine's Day with all four (Matt, Logan, Graham and Ryan) of my favorite boys!

It is hard to believe that our baby Graham is one. He is such a beautiful little boy and he just loves to be around everyone! Graham would like to say thank you to those that were able to make it to his birthday party despite the snowy weather. We didn't expect anything else from the little man born during an ice storm. Snow Days

These are a few of the pictures that we took of the kids during the snow days. Logan absolutely loves playing in the snow, but Graham doesn't find it as fascinating. He really dislikes being cold. I will have to say that both of them looked adorable all bundled up.

We had a great time trick or treating this year! It was Logan's first time to actually go trick or treating and he had a blast! We decided to take him to Porter Memorial for their Halloween event. Logan dressed up as a T-Rex and would just run around and growl. Graham was the most adorable spider you have ever seen. Both of them did really well in their costumes which I found surprising. When we fininshed at Porter we went to Aunt Becca and Uncle J-bone's house where we saw the cutest pumpkin ever! Logan sat out front with Matt and helped hand out candy. After a long night they were exhausted and ready to go home.

Despite how crazy it has been around here, we decided to venture out last week for some family pictures. During the session we had Logan's 18 month pictures, Graham's newborn pictures and some of all of us. It was a very busy and sometimes chaotic time, but we managed to get some good ones.

Well, I can say that Logan gave us maybe the biggest laugh we have had in a while this weekend, when we gave him his new guitar. It plays 5 songs, and you can strum the strings and it plays a short solo riff. It is actually my (Matt) new favorite toy, but I let Logan borrow it. Anyway, here are some snapshots from his gig here at home.

Graham's First Week at Home

Well, despite the weather, we made it home last Thursday, and came home to a warm house. Thank God for that. Some were not as fortunate. Also we would like to thank Gran-Gran for coming to take care of Logan while we were in the hospital, and thanks in advance to Grandma coming next week. We are blessed to have such a wonderful family. Here are some updated pictures of Graham's first few days at home (and some in the hospital).

Douglas Graham Robinson

On January 26th, at 5:28pm, we welcomed the newest addition to our family, Douglas Graham Robinson. Graham was 7lbs. 5oz. and measured 19 1/2 inches long. He has freakishly long toes, and daggers on the ends of his fingers. It is has been heatedly debated as to who he "favors," but Kelly and I think at this point that he is a good mix, and looks alot more like Logan than anyone so far. We'll see over the next few days/weeks. Enjoy these pictures and hopefully we can get a video or two posted in the next few days. Thank you to our families that made the trip during the fantastic weather we've been having here in central Kentucky to welcome Graham to the world and to our family.

Well, I only have 15 more days until my scheduled section. I can't believe that it has gone by so fast. It is really hard to imagine that we are getting ready to become a family of four. We are so excited to meet our new little boy, and for Logan to become a big brother! The pregnancy is progressing wonderfully and Logan is growing in to a very handsome little man. Once the new little man arrives our post will start to pick up again. What Have We Been Up To?

The start of summer has been a very busy time for us. That is part of the reason it has been so long since I have posted any pictures. So I decided to do one giant post to let you all know what we have been up to during the past month or so.

Matt and I were able to go to Florida with our friends during May. It was beautiful everyday, and also very relaxing!

Two weeks after we got home from Florida we went on a family vacation to Gatlinburg. It was also a ton of fun! We spent the weekend with all of the Robinson family.

These are Logan's nine month pictures. I am amazed at how fast he grows and develops. He has mastered crawling and is constantly on the move. He is trying to stand on his own, which makes for lots of bumps and bruises.

Ski Trip

This past weekend Matt and I went skiing with Kresta and Josh at Perfect North. Since we could only leave the little ones for a few days we had to stay close to home. We went midnight skiing on Friday night and then went skiing and tubing all day Saturday. Matt and I had been skiing several times before, but it had been a couple of years. We were surprised at how easy it was to get back into it. Kresta and Josh did great for their first time. After lunch Kresta and I decided to try snowboarding. We spent the majority of the time on our bottoms, but still had a great time. It was a fun weekend away for all of us!

6 Months Old

Well, it is hard to believe, but our little baby Logan is six months old. It has been trying at times, but we wouldn't change a moment. He has reached all of his developmental milestones for 6 months and is as beautiful as ever. He still has pretty bad reflux, so we have to keep him on the prevacid. Other than that he is perfect. Luckily he is sleeping 11 to 12 hours a night, and is finally taking naps in his crib! At his six month check up his weight was 18lbs 8oz (75 percentile), head was 46cm (95 percentile), and length was 28in (90 percentile). Here are some of his 6 month pictures.

Today was Cameron Wilson's first birthday. I can't believe that he is already a year old. This time last year I was 12 weeks pregnant with Logan. Time has flown by. Well...for Cameron's birthday Logan, Matt and I had lunch with the Wilson's at Chuck E. Cheese. It might sound funny, but I think that Logan had a good time (for a 5 month old). Well, Logan finally ate solid foods today without throwing a fit. He had some rice cereal and then some cereal mixed with a small amount of green beans (sounds tasty right). He is still learning how to swallow them so most of them ended up on his bib, but it is still a step in the right direction! After lunch Logan and I went to see Matt at work, and since it was only 15 degrees outside I had to put him in his snowsuit. He looked so cute I just had to take some pictures. So get ready to see the cutest baby of all time.

After lots of hours on the road we are finally back home. We had a great Christmas Season, and all of our visits went well. Logan did great and fussed very little (except for the night that my dad kept him....sorry he was fussy dad). Here are some pictures from our trips.

New Pictures!

As you can see we are starting to become slackers with the blog, but don't give up on us yet. Hopefully after the busy Christmas Season we will be able to post more often. For those of you wondering about baby Logan, he is starting to do a bit better. Most of his fussing takes place at night, right before his last feeding. He is also starting to sleep around 10 to 11 hours at night and is taking fewer naps during the day. It seems he is really starting to turn it around. He is still battling acid reflux, and we are really hoping that will start to improve very soon. Our next goal is baby food. We have made several attempts, but he does not seem to be a fan. He will let you put about two or three bites in his mouth and then he just starts to scream. Our plan is to wait about a week and then try again. If anyone has any suggestions just let us know. I guess that is all for now. We hope to post some holiday pictures once we return from Pikeville and Owensboro. Until then here are some pictures from the last month. Merry Christmas!
